We stand behind everything we make. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right. Please read our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Items must be free from odor, stains, or signs of wear.

To initiate a return, email us at ardennias70@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ardennias70@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
