Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery for international orders is 10–20 business days depending on location and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s website.
Delays
Ardennias is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at ardennias70@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate.
